Footworks Level 1

Footworksfitness (FWF) is a unique, completely original exercise system. Developed and successfully taught for the past 20 years, this form of exercise combines music and percussion with movement and sweat.

There are 7 Levels to master in FWF. This app teaches Level 1 and expands on the Rudiments taught in the Footworks Basic App. So entirely new choreography is available just by combining moves you already learned.

The bonus video demonstrates all the Level 1 moves in a class setting. There are no memorized routines in FWF. Think of it as a sophisticated “Simon Says” game. You will always have something to learn and master, you will never get bored and you WILL get results.
